Perishable Goods Policy
Please note that we have a no-refund policy for any perishable goods sold on our platform. This includes fresh fruits and vegetables, meat and poultry, dairy products, and any other products that are likely to spoil or expire quickly. Once you have confirmed delivery of these items, the funds will be released to the merchant within 72 hours.
Refund Requests
We understand that there may be situations where you need to request a refund for a non-perishable item. If you wish to request a refund, you must do so before confirming delivery of the item. You can do this by contacting our support team at support@agricomeafrica.com. Please provide us with the order number, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation. Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and determine whether it is eligible for a refund. If it is eligible, we will notify the merchant and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to process.
Product Inspections

Once you confirm delivery of the item, the funds will be released to the merchant within 72 hours, and we will not be able to issue a refund.

We will work with the merchant and our shipping partners to locate the item and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a refund or replacement of the item.
